Meister's parents stood up in front of the congregation to acknowledge her sin. The pastor at the time, Stephen Baker, said the church Chappell moved on to knew what happened (Baker said he cannot remember the name of Chappell's next church). Chappell is now a pastor at Freeway Baptist Church in Phoenix, where no public allegations of wrongdoing have been made against him. Chappell has not responded to requests for comment.

He had been fired from Landmark Baptist Church for having porn on his computer. He was convicted of molestation of a child and sexual conduct with a minor in 2009 related to the Arizona case and sentenced to five years in prison and a lifetime on probation. He is a registered sex offender.

Two of his alleged victims filed suit against Faith Baptist Church. He went on to be an assistant pastor at Menifee Baptist Church in Menifee, California, where he did not have access to teenagers, and there were no public allegations of wrongdoing. He left Menifee before his arrest. He did not respond to requests for comment.

Benjamin August Harter was sentenced to 20 years, including five to serve in prison. He pleaded guilty Aug. 12 and was rearrested the same day, court and jail records show. On Thursday, Harter remained in the Forsyth County jail awaiting transfer to state prison.

Stacey Shiflett, now a pastor himself, says pastor James Kelley propositioned him in a hotel room while he worked at Fellowship Baptist Church in Cumming, Georgia. He told the church deacons, and Kelley confessed. He said the church gave Kelley severance pay and a letter of recommendation. When Kelley found a new job at a Christian school, Shiflett warned the pastor what Kelly had done. That pastor kept Kelly on staff until at least 2000, Shiflett said. Kelley left and started his own church, Fellowship Baptist Church in Greenwood, South Carolina, in 2002. He also pastored Philadelphia Baptist Church, per his obituary. There were no public allegations of wrongdoing made against Kelley at his subsequent churches. He was never charged with a crime, and he is now dead.

Richard DeVall is currently serving as a missionary in Bolivia. According to the GRACE report, his victim finally went to the authorities in 2012. Shortly after this she received a letter of apology from DeVall. Not satisfied, she contacted DuVall’s missionary agency, Baptist Pioneer Mission (BPM), asking them to remove him from the field “due to potential risks he could pose to others.” They refused, telling her that DeVall “had been repentant to the mission board by confessing his offense and writing a letter of apology.” When she asked whether BPM would encourage DeVall to return to the United States to face charges for his crime, the board responded that they would “use any legal means to protect” DeVall. In spite of claiming in his apology letter that he would “cooperate and work with all those who are involved in the issue,” DeVall insisted that the matter must be handled “in a Biblical way” and, according to GRACE, has refused to return to the United States to face criminal charges.

The girl told police that the man snatched her as she walked alone to Anderson Elementary School in east Arlington, forced her to undress and sexually assaulted her, according to court records.

In court, Morrow said a local church pastor reported Hadik to authorities when he learned of the assaults.
Police charged Hadik with one count of felony aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13, three counts of misdemeanor indecent assault and one count of misdemeanor indecent exposure.
Hadik pleaded guilty in March to the felony and two counts of indecent assault, according to court documents.
The other two charges were dropped in the plea deal worked out with former District Attorney Charles Chenot, according to the judge.

His daughter, Jennifer Elmore, turned 49 on Wednesday.
Grazioplene pleaded guilty in a Prince William County, Virginia, circuit court to aggravated sexual battery. He has been in jail for approximately 18 months. He was expected to be released on Wednesday and will serve 20 years of probation, according to Elmore's lawyer, Ryan Guilds.
Grazioplene was an esteemed member and highly-involved under Bud Calvert’s ministry.

He told police that the girl attempted “fondling herself” and that he showed her how. It was eerily similar to Bowden, who said that Metzger began his assaults when she was 6 by telling her he was teaching her how to masturbate.
While Metzger said he only recalled assaulting the girl twice, he said in a conversation with her father that he remembered assaulting the girl roughly five times, but that the girl told her father it had been up to 10 times.

Dennis Rintala, a church volunteer at Kettle Moraine Baptist Church in Whitewater, Wisconsin, was convicted as a sex offender in 2003 for inappropriate contact with a teenage boy at the church. His former pastor called the pastor of Kettle Moraine Baptist Church to warn him about Rintala, according to the Janesville Gazette in Wisconsin. Still, Rintala was allowed to work with children at Kettle Moraine Baptist Church and its affiliated Camp Joy. He pleaded guilty in 2012 to repeated sexual assault of a child and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The pastor from Kettle Moraine, Thomas Fuller, told the Gazette that Rintala's former pastor downplayed the crime. Fuller said he told the church leadership and a few families and that he was trying to weigh both liability and appropriateness in the context of the information we had.
